A 30 day return policy is strictly enforced. Funds on custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE (unless pad arrives damaged in shipping). Pads are shipped "insured" (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and any shipping-damage claims are addressed with Shipping Agent by Admin. Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
